Privacy policy
In short: your images never leave your device. Pixelity processes photos with AI inside your browser. There are no accounts, ads or cookies; we only count visits anonymously and without cookies, and we never receive or store your images.
1. Who we are
Pixelity is a service provided by Moonside Labs (Paraguay). For any privacy question, write to [email protected].
2. Your images
The images you open are processed only in your browser’s memory and are discarded when you close the tab or open another one. They are not sent to any server, ours or anyone else’s.
If you use the Watermark, the text you type and, if you upload one, your stamp (for example your logo or signature) are saved in your browser for next time. They are not sent to anyone either, and you can delete them whenever you want.
If you use Share, the file goes to the app you choose through your operating system; from then on, that app’s terms apply.
3. Technical data received by third parties
As with any website, your browser connects to servers to download the app’s files. Those servers receive technical connection data: IP address, browser type, requested file, date and time, and Pixelity’s address as the referring site.
- Web hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), through Cloudflare Pages. It serves the app and may keep technical logs for a limited time for operation and security. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate: page viewed, referring page, country, browser and device type, and load times. It uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not identify you or follow you across other websites, and never receives your images. Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- AI models: Hugging Face, Inc. (USA), with its delivery network hosted on Amazon Web Services. The first time you use an AI feature, your browser downloads the model from huggingface.co. These downloads send no cookies and no content from your images. Hugging Face’s privacy policy.
We do not receive or store this data, and we do not combine it with any other information.
4. If you write to us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it and the content of your message. We use them only to reply to you; we do not use them for advertising or share them with anyone else.
To receive, store and send those messages we use email service providers located in the United States and the European Union. They process that data only to provide us with the email service, following our instructions and their own privacy policies.
5. Legal basis
Processing technical data is necessary to show you the website and provide the features you request, and is based on our legitimate interest in offering a working, secure service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or the equivalent rule in your country). Visit statistics are based on our legitimate interest in understanding, in aggregate, how the website is used so we can improve it.
Emails you send us are processed to handle your request, at your initiative, based on our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, if your request concerns an agreement with us, to manage it (Art. 6(1)(b)).
6. International transfers
Cloudflare, Hugging Face and some of our email providers are based in the United States; other email providers are based in the European Union. Transfers to the United States rely on the safeguards these providers offer, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Storage on your device
Pixelity saves your preferences, your watermark settings and the downloaded AI models in your browser, only so the app works. It does not use cookies. See the Cookie policy for details.
8. Retention
We keep no data about people who only use the app. If you write to us, we keep the conversation for as long as needed to help you and, at most, two years after the last message, unless the law requires us to keep it longer; you can ask us to delete it sooner. Providers’ technical logs and visit statistics are kept according to their own policies. Whatever is saved in your browser stays there until you delete it.
9. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. If you only used the app, we keep no data about you; if you wrote to us, we can give you a copy of the conversation or delete it. For technical logs, you can also contact Cloudflare or Hugging Face. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
10. Children
Pixelity is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
11. Changes
If we change how data is handled (for example, if we ever add ads or another measurement tool), we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. Last updated: November 3, 2026.
